Makers is the brainchild of software engineer, coach and writer Evgeny Shadchnev (founder and board member) and former McKinsey partner and government adviser Claudia Harris (CEO).

It is a training and talent platform that helps individuals and organisations navigate the big shifts in technology.

Makers started as Europe’s first software engineering bootcamp. It is now trusted by the largest and most innovative organisations in the country with their tech and AI talent.
