TechTrack

At the heart of digital government

The Prime Minister has announced a bold new vision for a digital-first Civil Service, where one in ten civil servants will work in digital and data roles.

This commitment is underpinned by a new programme of 2000 digital apprentices - the TechTrack Programme. And Makers is proud to be the government's tech training partner for Software Developers and DevOps Engineers.

Mission

Our mission is to build a better future.

Tech and AI are reshaping jobs, the economy and society. Ensuring this transition is effective, equitable and inclusive will be a driver of human wellbeing into the next century.

We believe that talent is everywhere, and the future belongs to those willing to adapt, learn, and push boundaries.

Our mission is to build a better future for us all by helping the best people in Britain pivot into tech and equipping the UK workforce with the skills and judgement to thrive in a global AI economy.

Benefits

Why businesses trust Makers

Tailored programs. Proven results. Real-world impact.

We set the bar—then raise it. With industry-leading learner achievements, Makers consistently redefines what’s possible in UK tech education. Our alumni don’t just graduate—they thrive.

We were Europe's first coding bootcamp back in 2012. Now we offer a full tech talent service.

Our curriculum is built in-house by former tech engineers. It blends tech and resilience training to create 'curious problem solvers'.

We are able to select the very best candidates. We focus on attitude and aptitude. We don't look at background.
